This Privacy Policy describes how The Good Mineral collects, handles and processes all personal information obtained from and about our customers. It also tells you how you can access, update and remove your personal data, and make specific choices as to how your data is used. By giving us your information or using The Good Mineral website, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Who do we share your information with?
We share your information:
- Within The Good Mineral - we may share parts of your information across departments in order to fulfil your requests or to meet our business needs;
- Our Service Providers - we may need to share aspects of your information to specific service providers that enable the best functioning of our company (such as delivering packages, processing payments, fulfilling all of your requests and complying with additional preferences, managing data, providing additional customer service, investigating unlawful activity, to take action regarding violations of our policies, protecting the rights, employees and property of The Good Mineral, to comply with our obligations, completing emails, the running of our website through Shopify (https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy), conducting reviews and supporting all aspects of the business), following are the third-party service providers that help us in conducting the operations of our business:
- ShipBob – it is a 3PL (third-party logistics) company, it is responsible for warehousing, packaging and shipping our products,
- Shopify Payments & Klarna – they are responsible for collecting payments and issuing refunds to our customers,
- Google Analytics – it is responsible for collecting non-personal user data and helps us in understanding how our website is being used and navigated, enabling us to optimise our website and subsequently the user experience,
- Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest – these social media platforms act as sales channels, bringing in sales directly from these platforms by redirecting the customers to our website for making the purchase;
- Public Forums - if you decide to comment on any of our social media pages or click to ‘like’ our posts, the personal information available to the public will depend on your settings for that particular social media platform, and if you submit a review to be posted either onto our website or any other public forum, your name may be added to that post which will be publicly available to anyone researching The Good Mineral.
- Business Merger - If The Good Mineral is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Information may be transferred. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice before your Personal Information is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

- Email - if you do not wish to receive any promotional emails from us, there is an ‘unsubscribe’ option at the end of all promotional emails that we send, yet please keep in mind: we may still send non-promotional emails that include order confirmations or changes to any of our legal terms;
- Public Forums - if we wish to add any of your information to our website or social media platforms (such as reviews and ratings) we will always ask for your permission, however you can request that we remove any information from these public forums at any time, by contacting care@thegoodmineral.com;
- Push Notifications - when visiting our website, we may send push notifications to your browser (such as reminders of what’s in your basket and any offers available to you). If you do not wish to receive these notifications, you can change the settings on your browser at any time.
- User Access Request - The users of this Website have well-defined rights when it comes to having access to their Personally-Identifying Information. By submitting a User Access Request, our Website shall provide the following information free of charge to the user;

Submit a Request - If you are a client of The Good Mineral and wish to submit a request to know more about the specific parts of your personal data that we have collected, used and/or shared, request to delete your personal information from our systems, opt out of certain uses of your information or not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights, please send your request to care@thegoodmineral.com. In order to process your request, we will need to verify your identity and confirm the request came from you. Please keep in mind that we may be required to retain certain information permitted by applicable law. If you request to delete, opt out or change certain aspects of your information, our services and products may no longer be available to you. If we receive your request from an authorised agent, we may ask for evidence that said agent has valid authority to exercise rights on your behalf. As ordered by CCPA, The Good Mineral will provide the requested information for the 12 month period preceding their request and the information will be given free of charge.
Notice of Financial Incentives - The Good Mineral may offer different types of financial incentives, such as discounts and exclusive offers through our mailing list. When you participate in our financial incentives, we collect personal identification information from you, such as your name and email address. Some incentives may require additional terms and conditions, but these will always be made clear when signing up. The value of your personal information to us is related to the value of the free or discounted products or services, and/or any other benefits that you gain from the incentive. What is our DO-NOT-TRACK POLICY?

NOTE: The Good Mineral does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.
